Hello & welcome!

We are Adam, Livia and Nora, and we are Weirdly Successful! Welcome to our website.

About Weirdly Successful

Weirdly Successful is a 100% neurodivergent-run socially conscious enterprise developing strategies and frameworks for life & work for neurodivergent adults.

We are neurodivergence specialists with backgrounds in a wide range of industries, combining cutting-edge research and best practices honed through nearly two decades of experience to provide accessible, practical, and flexible frameworks for work and life management.

Based in Brighton, we consult online for small business owners, late-diagnosed adults, neurodivergent team leads and leaders of neurodivergent teams, as well as organisations intent on creating more neurodivergence-friendly workplaces.

4 ways we are old-school & not ashamed of it

1. We have a blog!

Yes, everyone these days tries to conquer TikTok or point at stuff for Reels, but we’re old school — and you don’t want to see us awkwardly dance on video, trust me.

Having an actual website means two things:

  1. We create articles and resources that can be revisited over and over again.
  2. We own the platform and everything they live on. And we mean everything, baby!

Domain, website, server, the whole shebang. Imagine if we had useful and helpful resources and a great community on Snapchat or Periscope and it all went away with a snap of the algorithm. Oh, what’s that? You forgot what Periscope was?

Yeah, exactly.

2. We like comments

Another way we are old school: we like comments! Especially long ones. Likes and emojis are okay, but have you ever had loooong discussions with other people on the internet about interesting topics and eye-opening new viewpoints at 2 am? We sure had!

So our comments are open, feel free to write your 2 cents or 40.

Don’t worry, trolls and meanies are not allowed, so you are safe here.

3. We have a newsletter

We’re also old-school when it comes to e-mail newsletters. We send friendly and useful e-mails and you can reply to them, and we can chat as if it’s a regular e-mail. Because it kinda is! 🙂 And unlike likes and followers on social platforms, we have complete control over what we do here as well.

So if you signed up, it’s not up to the algorithm gods whether you’ll get our letters or not. We’re very big on independence, as you can see.

If you haven’t signed up yet, click here! We promise not to sell your data and spam you with sponsored clutter – if you want to have a proper look at our Privacy Policy, you can do that as well.

Join our newsletter!

Get all new resources first, plus this way we’ll remember to send you stuff and you don’t need to remember to come back later! Win-win!

Sign up & get your goodies!

4. We keep as many resources free as possible

Weirdly Successful is a socially conscious enterprise, which means we don’t have shareholders, investors or board members to fund yachts for.

Our profits are reinvested into the business to keep us afloat, pay for the time and expertise of contributors, and keep the website and as many resources as possible accessible to the community.

We can only fund this with the help of our paying members and clients, so if you are one of them, a very heartfelt thank you to you. ♥

Thank you for being here!
